1. Company Information
Sahara Morocco Tour is a Moroccan travel agency specializing in desert tours, private trips, and customized Morocco travel services.

2. Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 50 € is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash (EUR, MAD) on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
- All bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp once deposit is received.
3. Cancellation Policy

- Deposits are refundable following our cancellation policy if the customer cancels, or can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
- If the Company cancels due to weather, safety, or force majeure, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Modifications
- Date changes are possible depending on availability.
- Route changes may occur due to weather, road closures, or unforeseen events for safety reasons.
5. Pricing
- All prices are quoted per person, based on the itinerary agreed upon.
- Prices include transportation, fuel, driver/guide, accommodation, and services specified in the tour description.
- Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, or meals not mentioned.
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in our tours.
- We strongly recommend that all travelers have valid medical, luggage, and trip cancellation insurance.
7. Responsibilities & Liability
- Sahara Morocco Tour is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or expenses caused by:
- weather conditions
- natural disasters
- strikes or political events
- airline delays or missed flights
- personal medical issues
- Clients are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
8. Health & Safety
- Participants must be in suitable physical condition for camel rides, desert walks, and travel.
- Any medical conditions must be communicated prior to booking.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who may create a safety risk.
9. Children Policy
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Child pricing depends on age and occupancy type (shared room, extra bed, etc.).
10. Accommodation & Transportation
- Desert camps may be standard or luxury depending on the package.
- Vehicles used are licensed and insured 4x4s, minivans, or minibuses.
11. Travel Documents
- Clients must carry a valid passport and required visas.
- The Company is not responsible for denied entry at borders or airports.
12. Personal Data & Privacy
- Personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not share or sell your information to third parties. (See our Privacy Policy for full details.)
13. Force Majeure
In events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, war, pandemics, or any situation beyond our control, the Company reserves the right to modify or cancel services without liability.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute will be handled by Moroccan courts.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By finalizing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
